Children are our future: children of today - and all generations yet to come - are the future of our planet and of our shared existence. When they can grow to their full potential, believe in their dreams, and have the freedom to pursue them, they can make a meaningful and lasting impact on the world.
Yet millions of children face conflict every day—not only through armed violence, but also through poverty, displacement, discrimination, lack of education, climate disasters, and unsafe home environments. Conflict, whether visible or hidden, threatens their safety, security, and ability to dream.
Still, we believe in their potential to create change—a world where children can laugh with friends, learn at school, explore their interests, and imagine a better future. A world where they are free to dream.
Stories play a powerful role in this. From the books we read, the films we watch, the meals we share, to the conversations we have, stories shape how children see themselves and the world. They inspire imagination, teach empathy, and give children the courage to dream and act. Through stories, children find hope, understanding, and the tools to create change—for themselves and for the world around them.
They can be magical tales, of faraway kingdoms and kings with golden palaces or of beautiful princesses who save the day.
Stories that hold a hidden massage of hope, courage and kindness.
They can be inspiring, like the real-life story of a 16 year old girl who set out alone to sail across the world, proving that with determination and belief, you can make your dreams reality.
Stories of resilience, determination and most of all hope and belief.
And they can be heartbreaking – a girl who has to work every day instead of learning at school because her family can’t afford the fees, a boy who endures relentless bullying because of his ethnicity, or a teen who is barely alive as the long-lasting war has cut off food supplies.

We believe that with listening and truly hearing the stories of all involved in a conflict, we can make meaningful and lasting change.
With our Full Circle Impact Model, based on an integrated, participatory, and context-sensitive approach, we turn stories into impact.
In this model, we implement projects that contribute to resolving eight action points. We do this by sharing our own stories and investing a big part of the proceeds in these projects. This allows heartbreaking stories of children to become stories of hope and change.
Stories are not only a way to raise awareness and drive meaningful, lasting change.
They are also a way to offer escape, and inspire children to believe in their dreams.
